1. CHICKEN WITH SWEET POTATO, GINGER AND LIME

  • Zest and juice of a lima
  • 1 tablespoon of sweetener liquid
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 2 chicken breasts without bones and without skin
  • 450gr of sweet potato
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil

  1. Mix half the lime zest with the sweetener and the ginger
  2. Make cuts in the chicken breast and then wrap them well with this mixture
  3. Let it stand for about 10 minutes
  4. Cook the sweet potatoes in boiling water for 10 to 12 minutes
  5. Drain well the potatoes and mashing them with the rest of the juice of the lime and more spices to taste

  • 4 chicken breasts without skin and without bone

  • 4 cups of brussels sprouts split in half
  • 1 sweet potato large
  • 1 medium onion in chunks

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees
  2. Throw the chicken breasts in the bags along with half of the olive oil, the garlic, half the rosemary, the cinnamon, half the salt and half of pepper
  3. Close the bag, shake well and leave aside
  4. On a sheet of aluminum to pour the sprouts, the sweet potatoes, the onion and the apple
  5. Season with the rest of the spices
  6. Remove the chicken from the bag and pour on top of vegetables
  7. Put in the oven for about 20 minutes or until the chicken is sufficiently cooked
  8. Remove the chicken and leave the vegetables until they are crispy (about another 10 or 15 minutes)
  9. Remove from the oven and serve

  • 1kg of chicken

  • 3 sweet potatoes, peeled
