500px Launches Official Android App

For many years it has been Flickr who wore large paste on the cake as the photography social network par excellence, but because of its stagnation, the careful application of 500px has been eating him land due to excellence in user experience and much cheaper payment plans.

While Flickr already had an application for Android, today has released 500px in the Play Google store, taking a leap of mobility to careful photographic platform.

The application provides access to much of the functionality of the web version, such as browsing through popular images, and the selection of editors, emerging (multi5) photos and news in real time. There is also a fairly comprehensive search and filter by categories.

In terms of the vision of the images from the application, can be done to full screen, without any element distractor, as in Flickr which is welcome, except that on 500px enlargement of images is not allowed. To change the application also allows us to share pictures via Twitter or Facebook easily.

From the application, completely free executable from any device with Android 2.2 or higher, we can also handle all our user galleries, and can be downloaded from same Google play.
