  • 1 can of sweet milk or condensed milk boiled

– Mode of preparation of the dough –

  1. Grind the biscuits in a blender and pour into a cup;
  2. Add the butter and the flour and mix well;

  4. Bake in pre-heated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes;
  5. Let it cool completely.

  1. In a bowl, place the bananas sliced, and add the lemon juice. Mix gently and set aside;

– Ingredients –

  • 125g wafer full sweet
  • 3 tablespoons of butter Ghee
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil liquid
  • 4 tablespoons of sweet soy milk
  • 2 bananas medium-sized
  • 250ml milk cream light
  • 30g of chocolate half bitter

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Crush the crackers using your hands. For better result, you can use a hammer from the kitchen;
  2. Place in a blender, add the butter and the coconut oil and beat until the ingredients are incorporated;

  • 1 cup Brazil nuts, raw and unsalted
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, raw and unsalted
  • 2 tablespoons of grated coconut
  • 8 pitted dry prunes or apricots
  • 1 tablespoon sugar or coconut brown
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, butter or coconut Ghee
  • 1 tablespoon of amaranth flakes

– Mode of preparation –
